We are thrilled to announce the commencement of construction for the Bavar Library, a beacon of knowledge and community enrichment. Your generous support has made this possible, and we extend our deepest gratitude.
Yaran Jame (@yaranjame), has shared inspiring letters and photos of the ongoing construction. Due to the high temperature in the region, most of the construction work is currently being done after sunset. They will continue sending us updates as the construction progresses. We aim to continue raising more funds needed for completion of this project and we invite you to participate if you wish to do so.
A significant boost came from the Hamrah Group’s Fundraising Arts & Crafts Show held on May 11-12, 2024, at the Parya Trillium Foundation. This event blended creativity, community, and compassion, raising $17,000 towards our $25,000 goal for the library, which will also serve as a girls’ dormitory in Sistan and Balouchestan, Iran.
As the Arts & Crafts Show concluded, its spirit of creativity and compassion continues to inspire. Hamrah Group remains committed to organizing events that enrich lives and strengthen communities. Stay tuned for future opportunities to get involved.
